Structural & Layout Modifications

The project included removal of three structural columns and installation of a new support beam to create an open-concept layout. One basement suite was removed and converted into a custom entertainment area, while an additional bedroom and bathroom were reconfigured into a spacious walk-in closet. Exterior modifications included rebuilding the façade and replacing openings to improve flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Interior Renovations

Major interior upgrades were completed throughout the home, including full renovations of the Main Kitchen and Wok Kitchen, Master Bathroom, Basement Bathroom (converted into a Powder Room), and Main Floor Powder Room.
Custom TV feature walls were built in both the entertainment area and theater room, complemented by fresh paint, new carpet, and integrated lighting design.

Luxury Features

The Master Bathroom was upgraded with a steam shower, freestanding bathtub, and smart toilet systems. Custom stair design with integrated lighting was installed, along with LED wall lighting and concealed ceiling lighting on the main floor.

Outdoor & Garage Enhancements

The outdoor area was enhanced with a built-in hot tub and charcoal BBQ installation. The garage received a durable epoxy flooring system.

Mechanical & Systems Upgrade

Full mechanical system replacement and modernization were completed to support the new layout and upgraded features.
